The roller leveling machine of ZW44 of high precision and high strength plate is specially designed and developed to solve the poor quality of the high strength steel plate leveling in domestic. It can leveling the steel plate which thickness 6 mm to 120 mm, width 600 mm to 4000 mm, yield limit≤1200 Map.

Leveling machine is divided into two structures: four layer type and six layer type

According to the into plate direction, the machine can adjust the press down position automatically, leveling repeatedly and ensures both way bite, improve the leveling quality

Besides the advanced lubrication system, the working shaft is supported by the heavy bearing, the service life is much longer
